so what do you do if you cant afford to buy one of these devices to continue to ride your bike inside? is there a cheaper alternative? cause i live in colorado where we get 160 PLUS INCHES OF SNOW A YEAR

There is another, much simpler, option.
Just continue cycling!
Wear some warm clothes and off you go!
Your bike will not get cold. Just clean it as necessary
