The technical mess that no one ever really reads…
- Your privacy is important to us and your personal information will only be used for internal use on Mountain Biking by 198 or unless specified in the contest rules (see contest post for more details).
- Your personal information will never be bought/sold/auctioned off/given to your ex for any reason without your expressed personal consent.
- All submission information (trail review, etc.) is considered property of Mountain Biking by 198 and may or may not be posted on the site. In other words…if you submitted some great content…expect to see it up with credit given to YOU at some point in time. I will not pretend I wrote it myself!
- Prizes are given away as specified in the contest/giveaway with no option for cash. You get what’s given away which you should be stoked about because it is some kick ass mountain biking/cycling gear!
